What we collect

When you run a free scan or sign up: your URL, name, email, phone, and the optional "where did you hear about us" answer. When you pay: Stripe handles the card — we never see card numbers. We get the transaction record (last 4, brand, billing email) so we can email a receipt.

When you browse our site: which of our pages you viewed, which sites you scanned, the page that linked you here, your device type (phone, tablet or computer), and your approximate town as reported by our hosting network. We do not store your IP address. These visits are tied together by one first-party cookie (below). If you later fill in a form, we connect that visit history to the details you gave us, so we can follow up about what you were actually looking at.

When you call our toll-free number: your phone number, the city and state your phone carrier reports, and the caller-ID name on file for your number.

What we don't collect

No third-party analytics tracking. No retargeting pixels. No session recordings. No keystroke logging. No IP addresses. Your browsing history on our site is used only by us, to understand who is interested in our service — it is never sold, shared or used for advertising.

What we never do

Sell your data. Share your data with anyone outside our processors (Stripe, Resend, Cloudflare, Neon, Twilio, Cartesia, ElevenLabs, HeyGen, Bright Data, Google Analytics). Send you marketing email you didn't sign up for. SMS you without prior consent. Sell your phone number.

Your rights

Email hello@websiterecycling.com with the subject "Data delete" and we'll purge everything we have on you within 7 days. We honor GDPR and CCPA access and deletion requests. We don't make you fill out a form.

Cookies

Two first-party cookies, both ours: (1) a visitor ID (wr_vid), a random code with no personal details in it, kept for one year, which ties your visits on this site together; (2) a session ID for /portal, which expires after 30 days of inactivity. No third-party cookies. No advertising cookies. Clearing your browser's cookies for this site resets the visitor ID.

Recordings (Marina)

If you opt into Marina AI Secretary, calls into your business line are recorded and stored in R2 with a 90-day retention. A two-second pre-roll plays at the start of every call disclosing the recording, so every caller hears it before the conversation starts. You can mute the recording for any call from /portal/marina.
